The Exchange

The area offers ecological and aquatic activities, scuba diving, snorkeling, kite surfing, kayaking, crocodile and migratory bird watching, temazal ritual, massages, yoga, and the famous Chinchorro national park tour. Cruise ship tourists visit us year round and an aquatic park will inaugurate this year.


What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and attend to guests.

Painting & Decorating: Help to maintain the appearance inside and outside the building.

Gardening: Help to grow and cultivate plants.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: Be ready to meet people while staying in a shared dorm.

Breakfast: Get your free breakfast, the most important meal of the day.

Lunch: Free lunch is served y'all, get yours!

Discounts on Restaurants: Yummy! Get discounts and grab a bite.

Requirements

Intermediate Spanish or Intermediate English

Between 18 and 35 years old

While we serve as a distinguished eco-lodge for guests and student programs from around the globe who want to learn more about sustainability, the volunteer program allows participants to contribuite to the community in which all members play a part, and all these parts are vital to the complete circle of life that is Rancho Margot. -clean the beach and common spaces
-painting ( decorating) arts, murals
-gardening- caring of plants
-farming- planting and caring of fruit and vegetables garden.

-social media/internet, creating content, promoting.

Rules

No drinking alcohol at working hours.
Work in good condition, with no hang over, or good sleep.
Respect for other people's person and property.
No guests with out manager's permission.
Use of installations or equipment with prior permission only
Maintain clean your dorm and common areas,
Pick up trash in your way.
