The experience

Check in/out, answering the phone and taking online bookings, arranging trips that our counter-parties offer (fishing, bioluminiscent plankton tour, surfing at Carrizallilo, turtle release, etc.), offering advice about Puerto Escondido and its surroundings, keeping your working area super clean, hanging out with the hostel guests, go surfing at Carrizalillo, dancing the night away and enjoying every second of it. What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements

Intermediate English and Fluent Spanish

Between 18 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

No outside booze when the bar is open, no drugs of course, quiet time after midnight and be respectful with all the people around.
