you can both give and gain at the same time.

Just stayed there for 4 days, but was a great experience. I had no knowledge at all about meditation, and I could learn some basic with the introduction classes. Michele is a really great teacher. The tasks were really nice as well. We went to help making/changing the pacient’s bandages. The only thing that kind of bothered me was sleeping on the floor (with a thick blanket underneath me) and the fact that the place is not that clean (but it’s up to the volunteers). The food was really great, and the other volunteers were really nice. It was a great place to conect with myself again. Recommend

Great experience!

Live in a local village with lots of voluteers from all around the world helping people with needs. It's been a wonderful experience. I really recommend it if you like working with people and also if you are interested in learning about this amazing people and their way of live.
if you smile you will have thousands of smiles back 😁

it was a short time for me but i loved to see how everyone is helping each other. we can learn something from them back in Europe.
