The Experience
Hello, worldpackers! We're looking for help with housekeeping in our hostel! Come help us a little bit and enjoy your stay in Scotland! Our backpackers is located in the oldest standing house in Dundee with parts of this historic building dating as far back as the 1600s. Join the team and have a chance to live in a building full of history.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel. The team was great. Chris and Hérvé are really nice and were always there to help or to patiently answer any questions during the shift. Also with three days off a week, which you can even choose, this position is perfect to explore Scotland as much as you can afford ;) Thanks to all the wonderful people who made my stay extra special, I will definitely miss the movie nights in the TV room.

It has been a fantastic experience! Chris, Hervé are special people who follow you step by step to teach you the best to give your best, especially Chris, always try to motivate yourself and don't be discouraged even with people like me who are first-time experience and can make mistakes the hostel is a perfect city to explore Scotland, as a strategic point to begin your adventures in Scotland The work is commensurate with the hours you have and especially with teamwork is easy, the important thing is to create a good team and collaborate even on the most difficult

I had the best time at the hostel! Everyone was super friendly and I met the most incredible people from all over the world!! The work is very straightforward and well-communicated and there is always someone available to answer questions! The hostel itself is right in the centre of the hostel which makes it easy to get around both in the city and to other destinations in Scotland! Thank you guys so much for making feel like a part of the hostel family, I miss everyone already! :)

The hostel was a wonderful place for doing a volunteer because I could discover a lot of place in Scotland. The work was easy, only 4 days per week and normally we finished early. I highly recommend volunteering in the hostel.

The hostel was a great first volunteer experience! The work was easy and oftentimes shorter than expected as I was there when the hostel wasn't too busy. the hostel was also a great location with easy access to Scotland and I was able to travel to some amazing locations on my 3 days off each week. The other volunteers and staff were all so welcoming and lovely. Would highly recommend!
