I'd recommend this hostel for travelers who are looking for a chill place. There's an amazing terrace to hang out and it's quiet enough for you to study and read. All the volunteers (which are mostly Brazilian) and the staff are super buena onda (gracias, Katty, Cata and Fran!). The location is amazing, a lot of cool places are walking distance or a short metro trip away. The only major downsides are the kitchen, which could be much better equipped (no stove :/) and our bathroom, which was under construction the whole time, which caused us some problems, initially.

Staying in Bella 269 was a very nice experience. The Hostel is extremely well located, there are supermarkets, parks, museums, restaurants, bars, and everything you may need on a walking distance.
The other staff of the hostel are very nice people. We had once in a while very nice meals together. Bella 269 is a quiet place, the rooms are not shared very often. So the travelers are mainly in closed groups.
The hostel have a very nice terrace to go to at night. But some other aspects are lacking. There is no stove or oven. Cooking can be made in a microwave only. Also reparations take long.

Mi voluntariado en Hostal 269 fue agradable, las tareas a realizar son compresibles y fáciles de realizar, el personal Katty y Leo son personas dispuestas y accesibles en el trato, parte del tiempo del voluntariado tuve que pasarlo en cuarentena por la pandemia del COVID-19, durante ese tiempo ellos apoyaron para que pudiéramos estar en las mejores condiciones... Así que, super recomendado.

Pontos positivos :Localizaçao da pra fazer passeios apé aos Cerros Praça das Armas Museus Mercados casas de cambio gerente bem empático lider de excelencia todos os funcionarios sao carinhosos e pacientes .valentim o gato negro muito amado tarefas operacionais suaves .

Ponto negativo : Cronograma horarios escalas semanais e sempre em mutação nao favorece o voluntario que tem um roteiro de viajem .
