The hotel is a very special place! It was wonderful to be welcomed there as a first time volunteer. Ana and Jorge go out of their way to ensure their volunteers feel comfortable, and experience the beautiful nature and opportunities that the area has to offer. I am really grateful for them, and my time volunteering here. Delicious home cooking, a great hardworking team, access to a lovely slice of the Portuguese countryside. As long as your expectations are reasonable (e.g., basic but comfortable lodging, work well during shifts), it is a great experience.

My first experience as a volunteer couldn't be better. The experience in the hotel was excellent, I ended up arriving a little late because my arrival flight was delayed but Ana was super flexible and polite, she picked me up at the bus station as agreed and was very nice. The hotel stay was great, the other volunteers were kind and nice to me! I loved being in this place and being able to help Tes with the kitchen tasks. I recommend this application, you will really like it!! 🥰 I managed to practice my English and learn a little Spanish, it was interesting

The hotel was an amazing place ,the guest house was beautiful, it had a swimming pool ,orange ,lemon and mandarin trees .. walking around in the area you can smell a beautiful smell,I was fascinated by the place .There was good bikes to use ,I cycled to the beach and the lagoon . I stayed in a room by the garden on my own ,it had a private shower and toilet , very elegant . Anna and Jorge was the kind of people you like ,right after you know them . They were kind ,understanding and welcoming . I thank them for giving me such a wonderful chance to volunteer in their place .

I am very lucky to have this voluntary chance as my first experience on worldpacker. Ana and George are the best couple i met ever, especially Ana, she is so warm and wise, i really enjoyed the conversions with her. The place is very beautiful and peaceful, they have two very cute dogs. The team is nice too, although it does take time to get to know each of them. But once you know, you will find them very kind and nice. The work is a little bit heavy but after getting used to it, you can find a balance. It's an amazing experience, i met great people there, really recommend!:)

I volunteered in the hotel for 1,5 months, and I loved it so much. I absolutely cherished the experience - the nature with its surroundings are absolutely beautiful, work easy, and teammates fantastic. Ana and Jorge are extremely lovely and helpful. I felt like I had a great work-life balance, had a lot of time for myself and my yoga studies, as well as had time to explore the surroundings. I volunteered as a yoga teacher and with the regular work of the guesthouse. Ana was very flexible and kind of trusting me with the yoga classes. I feel lucky that I got chosen to volunteer here.
