The Experience

La Posada is rural lodging divided in 5 apartments and a bar located in the heart of the Natural Parq of La Subbetica surrounded by mountains, with spacious Garden zones, a vegetable garden and a farm. My wife and I, manage La Posada, but depending on the season of the year we need outside help mainly for maintenance and cleaning work of the apartments, gardens, farm and bar, depending on the demand of the moment.

A beautiful place in the middle of Cordoba, providing a perfect starting point to explore the area. Quiet and peaceful when you are alone, lively and joyful when there are guests, and they come from all around the world so there are plenty of opportunities to be exposed to other cultures whilst deep diving in the local one. I will miss seeing Jose coming up the road to the house with a smile and treasures from his garden. :) And seeing Lussi, his dog, sleeping at my feet in the hot summer sun, enjoying together the blissful silence.

I felt very much at home at the Posada with Jose and family. I was looking for a place in the nature away from the city where I could concentrate and feel at ease to advance my studies while at the same time having to do manual tasks (veg garden, maintenance, painting, welcoming guests, animal caring, much more) to decompress. I found just the place.
Seated in Olive-tree country in the small ridge, it's a great place togo for a long run, biking..
Jose is very thoughtful, respectful and flexible. Work was enjoyable and not strenous at all.
Downside: far from the town.
Beautiful place.

In period of Covid I found here a heaven where I could forget all the problems and the stress of the life in cities. The place is a dream for whoever loves mountains and nature, the posada is located in the middle of lots of hills and mountains, where you can go for a walk or a run with breathless landscapes. I stayed here in febrary and march and we had few guests, so most of the job was maintenance and gardening, a bit tiring but very peaceful and relaxing for the mind. Jose is incredibly kind, he made me feel very comfortable since the first time I met him; muchas gracias por todo Jose!

My experience here was incredible. It is truly magical to be in the midst of nature and to be able to connect with your own essence, away from the chaos of the big city. José is a very special person, who loves nature, people and does everything he can to make us feel comfortable and at home.
I had the opportunity to use my own talents and skills to work and serve the Posada, and that was a great experience of doing meaningful work. =) I'm grateful for every moment spent in the Posada Niña Margarita. :)

The experience in Posada La Nina Margarita it was something different. The host and the hostess there were more than welcoming.Kind and polite people to help you with whatever you need. The time went by easily and relaxing working in different positions and learn various skills such as cooking for guests or preparing and cleaning the apartments. The place is in the mountain with breathtaking view that is not enough to gaze all day especially with the sun out a place full of colours worth for visit. The best experience so far i hope to go back again someday.Muchas gracias Jose and Sylvia!!!
