The Exchange

Volunteers are invited to join with us in our simple and straightforward practice of always Life (and Joy) affirming practice to the extent that they are willing and able. You can help us with the daily maintenance of the place, including: cooking, cleaning, gardening, painting, construction (carpentry, building, plumbing, electrical work).


5 hours of help per day

Painting & Decorating: Help to maintain the appearance inside and outside the building.

Handyman: Help with a wide range of repairs.

Gardening: Help to grow and cultivate plants.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: Have a private room to chill and relax just by yourself.

Shared Dorm: Be ready to meet people while staying in a shared dorm.

Team Dorm: You're part of a team! Get to know them in your dormitory.

Breakfast: Get your free breakfast, the most important meal of the day.

Lunch: Free lunch is served y'all, get yours!

Dinner: Have your free dinner before going to bed.

Cook your own meal: Feel free to prepare your own meal here

Free Laundry: There's a special place where all the clothes get cleaned for free.

Free Hiking Tours: Keep your feet moving! Get free hiking tours and exercise yourself.

Yoga classes: Namaste! Join our yoga classes and transform your health.

Dance classes: Rock your body! Join our dance classes.

Holistic Therapies: Join activities related to self-knowledge and meditation.

Activities & Shift

We offer our guests a range of possibilities through which to access the heart of our gift as a Cooperative Community. Our practice and demonstration is based ~ at the core ~ on relationship.
This includes, but is not limited to:

~ Daily afternoon yoga and morning stretching

~ A host of healing services provided by experienced practitioners of a variety of healing arts. (massages, energetic
techniques, breathing sessions, bodily prayer...)

~ Private or group instructional yoga classes

~ Devotional chanting and private or group singing or instrument lessons

~ Horseback riding

~ Walks to the waterfalls or mountain

~ Meditation

~ Introductions to the teaching of our cooperative community and the lineages and teachers used by the residents
