working at reception it's the best way to meet more people, improve your lenguage, and learn about the city, so you can explain it, (free tours for you) reception is the heart of the hostel. Check-ins, check-outs, organizing papers, that's how it goes. But it's mostly about people. You gotta be organized and eager to help, and you gotta love people. If you meet the requirements, everything else comes easy ;)
28 hours of help per week
Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.
Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.
3 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
