Each year, we need keen deckhands that will lead the watch and the practical sail training sessions. You will be responsible for the teaching, leading maneuvers, make sure the participants steer in the right direction, do chart logs, engine checks, learn all the different hands-on sailing tasks possible during their stay, and that everyone actively participates in the daily ship life (also galley, cleaning, sailing, maintenance...).
