Each year, we need keen deckhands that will lead the watch and the practical sail training sessions. You will be responsible for the teaching, leading maneuvers, make sure the participants steer in the right direction, do chart logs, engine checks, learn all the different hands-on sailing tasks possible during their stay, and that everyone actively participates in the daily ship life (also galley, cleaning, sailing, maintenance...).

Teaching Sports: Organize and teach different sports and activities.
1 day off per week

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
You will be in charge of TEACHING practical sailing and guiding our participants during their sailing experience. You have different areas of responsibility regarding sailing and manouvres, cleaning, port responsibilities, galley overview, general life on the ship.
Shifts are your watches (4hrs each), plus Coaching time and cleaning time while sailing, and different in port - depending on what is happening.
Must have sailing experience, be responsible and empathetic, understand and love our mission, be at least 18 years old.
