The experience

We are looking for more self-motivated volunteers to join us. Someone who is good at house keeping & like to take part of hosting guests in hostel, B&B. In exchange for only 18 hours help a week. We offer a dorm bed, wifi, tea, coffee, laundry facilities. We dont offer meal but volunteers can cook together in fully equipped hostel kitchen. Grocery is cheap to buy in 4 big supermarkets here. There are 12 pubs, shops & cafes in this Medieval town

What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Intermediate English

Over 24 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Ireland

Activities & Shift

4 hours shift a day. Usually on the first week or two you will start from 9am to 1pm with cleaning rooms, toilets, showers, kitchens, hoovering, just some simple task to keep our place clean and tidy. We will have other volunteer to train you in.
