My experience in Hostel N1 was really good. They expect you to work hard in your shift but at the same time they are too generous with food, schedule changes and the tours you can join. I met a lot of wonderful people there, and i will definitely miss Nina, who took care of me all this time. Thank you so much for the opportunity.

Everything is exactly as described. Other volunteers were very friendly and always ready to help. Almost every day trips for guests to interesting places, for volunteers these trips are free. The hostel is not for parties, everyone must keep quiet from 22:00 to 9:00. There are instructions for everything. If something is not clear, you can always contact Alex, he is sometimes in the hostel and is always available via WhatsApp. I recommend!

I had an amazing time here! Alex was always helpful and flexible when it comes to volunteers’ needs. Everything that’s described was provided. Nina was like a mom to us and it was really hard to say goodbye. She cooked for us, supported us, and was very protective. She’s very energetic and likes to spend time with volunteers. If it comes to work she likes certain things to be done her way but that’s not a problem at all, she’ll show you everything. Work itself felt more like helping family. I also loved connecting with hostel’s guests, I made a lot of friends there, highly recommend! :)

It was my first Worldpackers experience and I definitely loved the time I got to spend in the hostel. Alex and Nina are great hosts, Nina is the mother of the owner and for me, she was like a typical Polish mom/grandma, it's sth that some people might need to adapt to, but personally made me feel at home. The hostel itself was a really nice place to live in and if you just need anything, just ask :) Nina also sometimes cooked delicious food for us which was amazing! And can't forget the people I got the chance to meet during my stay there. I had fun and I do recommend the place definitely :)

This was my first experience and I really enjoyed it! Alex and Nina are very respectful persons, if you need anything, just ask and they will listen :) if you come here, do visit Vitosha Mountain and Plovdiv! This hostel allowed me to meet some amazing people that for sure we'll meet again somewhere in this earth <3
