I toke a long time to think about my experience in this association. The purpose is good and teaching was very nice, i miss the students!
But, i left before the end with the other 4 volunteers. Before, 2 others did the same.
This decision was hard to make, because of our commitment and our studients. But they were 3 mains problems: communication, organization, for this two, they were none. And they were no respect of the volunteers. We tried to have many discussion to work this out, the last finished with us leaving.
We think that they need to think about the way they welcome volunteers.
