Program Details

My name is Eddie and along with my family we run a small project orientated in tourism and hospitality, our purpose is to promote a good experience for our guests in México. With several years of experience we decided to launch our own small studios complex located in Playa del Carmen.

You will help with reception in our new hotel - mostly during night shifts.
You will stay in different place - guesthouse located in Playacar in small dorm shared with 3 other volunteers. Every bed space has its own curtain, lamp and electric plug. A shared bathroom with hot/cold shower, a shared kitchen and of course a pool.

Our guesthouse is located in a gated residential community called Playacar, plenty of green areas to enjoy, close to the beach, away from vendors and noise.

I will be delivering suppliers for breakfast, such as eggs, bread, coffee, fruit.

Activities & Shift

Besides that, once per week you would be required to stay on the property during the night while making sure everything is fine, turning on/off devices, pool pump, lights etc. Sometimes there may be morning/afternoon shifts as well.

Rules

I don´t really have strict rules for volunteers except for NO DRUGS. (-INCLUDING MARIHUANA), no other kinds of addictions in the premises specially while being on duty such as gaming, drinking, etc. Be respectful of the facilities, be punctual and do what you are meant to do while on duty.

I don't encourage guest with to carry a lot of luggage since space is very tight in the house.
