Program Details

We are looking for motivated volunteers to get involved with us into the adventure. We aim to develop a social hostel that comprises cultural exchanges, interaction with the local cultural scene and many kind of workshops such as art and construction workshops. In terms of construction, there is a lot to do but mostly renovating the existing buildings which are 300 years old, which means using ancient construction techniques of clay houses, the same way they are historically built here in San Pedro. Our team includes a professional bio-constructor and we aim to work regarding the principles of permaculture, in the way we exchange, we build and cultivate the garden. The whole hostel project was born with the final aim of financing a social humanitory project.
