The Exchange

In exchange for 4 half days a week of reception work in the evenings we will provide you with a bed in our staff room (shared with another worldpacker), breakfast and access to a fully equipped kitchen (and all other guesthouse amenities). We are looking for a outgoing and responsible person - are you the one?


What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the area.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and attend to guests.


What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You're part of a team! Get to know them in your dormitory.

Breakfast: Get your free breakfast, the most important meal of the day.

Free Laundry: There's a special place where all the clothes get cleaned for free.

Program Details

You will be responsible for check ins and other reception work (like booking a taxi or answering a guest questions...) 7 evenings per 2 weeks from 5pm until the latest check-in (if there is one and never later than 1am!).
Additionally we will ask you to work half a day (morning or afternoon) each 2 weeks to help out with cleaning or breakfast or reception - or whatever you think you could help out with!


Activities & Shift

Note that what we are asking you is to be present and available when needed: you can read/play/study whenever no check-in or basic reception work is required.


Rules

Common sense rules apply!
We are expecting a friendly, sociable and responsible person. In exchange, you can expect shelter and a welcoming team to work with.
The agreement is for one month, eventually renewable. We expect you to stay with us during the whole month.
