The Exchange

We are looking for chefs to run our kitchens and inspire our guests with their gorgeous food. We welcome people from all over the world and look forward to create menus that translate diversity and multi-cultural exchange. You will be responsible for our kitchen team, managing and training them.


32 hours of help per week

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Program Details

. Manage the whole kitchen operation.
. Responsible for the maintenance of the company's quality standards.
. In charge of stock control and purchasing products.
. Manage the kitchen staff, acting as trainer and supervisor.

. Responsible for the active and constant application of all safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
. Reporting to supervisors and taking feedback.
