KIH is not just a hostel. It's a magical place were you make friends for life and live amazing experiences! Ben is a really nice person and staff are very friendly , the hours of work are flexible. The city is so beautiful! You will definitely have lots of fun in Kelowna! Just go :)

I may be young but I feel like I have peaked too soon by staying at this hostel! The host, Ben is an amazing human being who will make you feel welcomed from minute 1. All your potential queries and concerns you can tell him and as he assured from day 1 "We'll figure it out, like we always do". Everything you need is within walking distance and using transit isn't too complicated either. There are loads of fun people visiting and you will be able to connect well if you would like to :) If you are more of an intro-/ambivert and need some time to yourself, then that's fine! Overall, do apply!🌵

I had the best month of my life staying at the hostel. From the very first day I arrived I felt welcomed, the guys (both the staff and guests) were extremely kind and helpful, and I feel I made friends with them for life. They certainly feel now like a second family to me, I'm gonna miss the place and the city so much! I'll definitely come back one day. In the meantime, I depart with so many warm and beautiful memories. Thank you all for the experience of a lifetime!

Outstanding experience. Got to meet incredible staff and travelers from all around the globe. Had lots of experience that I will never forget. The city is great, the hostel is very well located and Ben, the manager is a one of a kind guy. This is really somewhere you feel like you're family. 100% recommended, learned a lot! Missed the place the very day I left.
