Hi, Sorry for the late review!, but i loved the experience, it was really fun, the job was easy y you have a lot of time to walk around lisbon, the staff was awesome!. Fully recommended :)

I had an amazing experience at the hostel. The owners, Rebeca and Joao and the staff working there are really nice! The work is pretty easy, so you will have enough time to enjoy Lisbon.
The enviroment of the hostel is amazing, we were allways making plans and having fun together, it feels like a family.
Definetely, I would love to repeat my experience at Chill Out Hostel. Thank you very much for everything! :)

The hostel itself is pretty and the tasks and hours are fair, guests became my friends and for this I'm grateful. The problem is the management (Rebecca, who won't tell you upfront the feedbacks and wait until they "explode") and surpevision (Ana, who is a bossy and not a leader), since they work on "blind eye" for the errors of the old staff and lack of real communication and fairness, which created a environment of gossips (the staff can't be honest with them, so gossip bad stuff behind their backs). Also, not good for ppl with allergies, is a very old building and cold for lacking heating.

It was my first time with worldpackers and I couldn't have asked for a better expierence. The staff was very friendly and the work was easy, I had a great time working in the hostel.

I had a great time there. We did a secret Santa before Christmas with all the staff and a dinner in the Christmas night with who didn't go home for this date and it was wonderful. I met amazing people there and the work was exactly what was on the description. I super recommend that position.

Not a good experience. On the first day I got there a little late 'cause I had trouble with the public transport and when I arrived there, the host didn't even bother to show me where I was gonna stay and show me the hostel.I just dropped my bags and started right away. Then I was told my shift was of 6h, when in the website said 5h. I worked from 9am to 5pm, with 30 minutes break, which was intense, and not good if you wanna search for a job or know the city. Finally, i didn't have a proper bed or room to sleep in 3 days and the host was never there. The staff was great, loved them!

Hello Humberto, after changing your arrival date and time several times and then turning up at a different time you can imagine the ´host´as you call me, can not wait for you entire days in the hope to catch you when you arrive. But, maybe that was what you were expecting. You then when arrived refused ti do the work you were comitted to. 5 hours work and one hour lunch in the middle is what was spoken about and public on the website. You then woke up one morning saying you were leaving because you found a job. Best of luck! But it seems you were looking for a place to stay and not a place to volunteer. Hope to see you back as a guest!
