Activities & Shift

Schedule is somewhat flexible, but we take our work seriously. Take initiative and work independently. Collaborate and coordinate with others as needed.

We have no overnight shift, but if a guest arrives late we have to receive them.

Rules

Respect yourself and others, be considerate, courteous and responsible. Clean up after yourself. Keep the place the way you would want it to be if you were a guest here.

I expect 3-4 hours of productive work, and you get a day off, with previous agreement on the schedule - the rest of your time is yours. We are serious about our work and expect you to be too. Do not wait to be told what to do all the time. You need to be up and ready to work by 10 AM and show initiative and some enthusiasm about the work at hand; respect the guests' space, limit using the kitchen to couple of hours a day as to leave room for the guests, and generally behave like staff, not a guest.
