Live in an American city and explore the best of New England, in the largest city in New England. You will be exposed to a lot of different cultures, since we host travelers. Duties will involve everything at the hostel, from checking guests in, cleaning, house work, laundry, making beds, being social and giving guests directions. Sometimes there's painting and garden work. There's a schedule every week so you know your free days.
28 hours of help per week
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
4 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.
Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Generally we need help with checking guests in, cleaning, daily household work, and some light maintenance work (painting, cutting grass, gardening, etc). We're looking to host and exchange different culture. We also are affiliated with another location in Providence, Rhode Island, so you may be able to stay at that property also should you want to visit Providence on days where you have off. Our minimum stay is one month, if you can stay close to one month, feel free to contact us.
