Nice comments thank you

I'm glad to have met Ian and Priscecil in my journey. Ian is a person who is open to share his experiences and wisdom as well as Priscecil have a spark that make people feel like home. For me was an experience of opportunity sharing, contribution and serenity. House of Mark is a place with principles and incredible landscapes. I really hope that I help you the best I could and gave a good contribution, it was fun to be a handyman for a period of time. I'll be forever grateful to both of you, you really made me feel like a son. I'll miss everything about this place. Hope to come back someday!

We are very glad you enjoyed, keep in touch, and bob back to HoM if you are in UK.

It was my first experience on the worldpackers platform and it went very well, Ian and Priscelle were very kind with everything. The house is very clean is situated in a very pleasant place to walk around because has mountains and a wonderfull lake to see, and the rooms for the volunteers are also very pleasant. The tasks depend on the temperature on outside but are very easy to do.
In the end it was a great experience!
I advise everyone to come to Mark's house.

Thank you Sofia, have a good time at your next stop in Sweden.

Really good experience here! Guesthouse is amazing, good rooms for volunteers and the location between the mountains is fantastic! the work is varied, most of cleaning the house, a little cooking (I learned how to make apple crumble, scones, bread), and sometimes work in the garden like painting/gardening . Ian and priscecil were very kind to me, we made a little trip together to skye island and st andrews, and they always helped us in what we need! See you!!!!

Thank you enjoy your time in Europe

I would definitely recommend this place! I stayed in house of Mark for half a month. Ian and Priscecil are very good hosts. Although the working time is from 9.30 to 14.30, we can always go for a walk at anytime, and can finish the work later. The view is amazing there, especially with snows these days! Work varies but is fun. I learned how to make bread and apple crumble here. And I also made a good friend Lena, who is very nice and always fulling with energy. I really enjoyed my time in house of Mark. If you like walking and enjoy a simple life, this is definitely a good place for you.😄
