Program Details

Robin Food is a non-profit organization that aims to change the story of food waste - in the tastiest way possible.
We’ve now opened Israel’s first social restaurant.
What does that mean?

We rescue fruits and vegetables that would otherwise be wasted - from farms, markets and stores - for aesthetic reasons, logistics, surplus

Service and explanation - this is where we really are able to reach the public. In order for our experience to really make an effect on the general public (and not only the “idealists”) we have to not only have a clean and tidy place, delicious food, but the service has to be great, and with a big emphasis on explanation. Every person who comes around needs to understand what food waste is, what RF is, how to order, how to pay, etc, in order for this experience to be whole, understandable, inspirational and positive.
