The Exchange

We are looking for volunteers in our backpackers hostel to be part of the family for a while. Meeting new people? Practice or learn Spanish? Knowing different cultures? Surf? This is the right place for you. We are always looking for nice, enthusiastic people to become part of the community. We believe a minimum stay of at least month is necessary to really embrace the experience of our surf hostel. We are a small hostel right on the beach!

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.
