Program Details

Because of the busy days at the farm we expect high work ethics and a genuine engagement / passion for contributing, whether the task of the day is cleaning rooms or painting a wall. We expect that when in the midst of working hours, we work. All of us will work as a team, and we expect team spirit and clear communication from all of us. You can expect a friendly athmosphere and that we will include you in our household as if you were family right away. The founder of the farm's life motto was: "Have fun at work!" - and that is something we really take seriously. The CEO Margo can be pretty bossy and get stressed under time pressure, give her a piece of chocolate if that happens and she will chill pretty fast.

Activities & Shift

Approx. daily schedule (will vary a little)
- Preparing / serving breakfast buffet between 7-9AM.
- Cleaning rooms and putting on new bed linen 9-11AM.
- Lunch 11-11.30AM.
- Booking reservations, gardening, creative projects, marketing/photography, dinner prep 11.30-13.30
- Siesta / free time (we would love to join you on an excursion / hike / fishing / adventure in the local area)

PS. These are approx. times. Some days lunch will be longer, some days we will need more help later at night serving dinner and bartending, etc. We will plan this together every evening, so that you will know the day before what time you will have free time the next day.
