The experience

We are in build phase but you don't have to be an experienced builder.
We have professionals on staff just need more people to help :) We build, we paint, we decorate, and make this place the most amazing place on Earth that you can all HOME and keep coming back to :)

The right people will have a lot of energy but can also be calm.

We usually work in groups with music and it is a lot of fun!

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 40 Per week

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, and Donation to project

Description: Volunteering at Heartland has a $40/week fee. $40/wk payment includes: - Organic food financial support - Laundry Detergent and laundry machine servicing - Sauna and cold plunge access - Bike access - Water kayak access - 24/7 Internet - Weekly meditation experience *20 hrs per week service is for food & accommodation, more details are offered in welcome documents.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner English or Intermediate Swedish

Between 18 and 45 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

United States visa or citizenship

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

8-12 work on Monday - Friday
1pm - lunch
After lunch is free time :)
