Program Details

We would like to create an aggreement that works well for both our volunteers, our clients, and the business itself. Because of this we prefer our volunteers as well as ourselves to remain flexible. Demands here changed depending on time of year and the number of guests we have.

Activities & Shift

When not working or assisting guests there are plenty of activities to do and equipment available to use. We have kayaks, snorkeling equipment, a network of trails on our property and discounted tour rates for our volunteers. For exceptional volunteers we will sometimes pay for tours and added act of grattitude.

Rules

We have very few rules here, the rules that we do enforce are as follows:

No drinking or smoking while on staff or wearing company logo´d shirts

Show up when scheduled and dont be late!

Thats it! The rest is simply common courtesy.
