It was my first experience at Worldpackers, and I liked it a lot. Sunset Hostel is located in a very beautiful place near the ocean, these two weeks were like a dream. I had some tasks during the day, near 4-5 hours, and not very difficult, but after I had free time and I could go to the ocean to surf with all equipment that I needed provided by the host. Eduardo is a nice person and always ready to help, it was pleasure to work with him, even my Spanish is not very good - communication was perfect. Thanks for everything! I really would like to volunteer someday at Sunset Hostel again.

Germany

Awesome town and perfect place to learn surfing.
Positive aspects: surf equipment is for free and the accommodation is good.
Negative aspects: the host didn't treat us volunteers with not so much respect and threatened me at the first moment we met to kick me out if I don't do everything he says. Things that are missing are also an oven and you don't get money/food.

I had a great time at Sunset Hostel and I missed this place as soon as I left! Eduardo is a very nice person and made sure we have a good time. The working hours are organized in a fair and reasonable schedule so you‘ll have plenty of time for surfing. Honestly there‘s nothing to complain about. Thanks for a perfect month in Pichilemu!

Chile

It was the worst experience ever. The owner treat me like a child from the beginning. He got angry because something I said (he was listening-spying a normal and private conversation).
He didn't recognize the original deal that it was breakfast and lunch. I think he only want some free workers and don't care at all about your traveling experience.
At the 3th day he ask me to live at the same moment that he ask and I finally gave me 2 hours to live his hostel.
I absolutely don't recommend to go there. People like this shouldn't be in this kind of arrangement.

NO LO RECOMIENDO.
