El lugar es hermoso y las personas que conocí allí son muy amables, tanto el staff como los dueños. Kathy es súper amorosa y Anuhar su padre también. Me costó un poco la comunicación con la sra Susy, tal vez porque en mi país hacemos las tareas en forma diferente. Ella tiene su forma de hacer las cosas y algunas veces sentí que hacía todo mal, pero superados los malos entendidos, mi estadía fue muy buena. Espero haber podido dejar un buen recuerdo también. Estoy muy agradecida por la oportunidad!!!!
Most things were great. Hostel's location was fair (5-10min walk to beach) which would normally have the upside of less traffic, if the main avenue weren't under construction which detoured most traffic our way. The facilities and space themselves were very good, the staff: Lucrecia, Eulario, and Karla we're all super friendly and helpful. The hours themselves could be a bit iffy at times especially the 10-12 hour days that the owners left for Puerto Vallarta; getting a schedule for the week and erratic hours made it hard to plan your week at times. Hosts were alright.
We need travelers and people who love customer service and can help us with the guests in the reception, checking people in and out, hanging out with them, sharing their adventures and be around to help in what ever is needed. cleaning duties, ordering the kitchen, do promotion of the hostel in the city, Speaking some Spanish will help a lot and it is better for us, as not all the guests speak English.
