The Exchange

Join us now to have a chance of becoming a real farmer & explore the countryside.


What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Teaching Languages: Give language lessons to guests or local community.

Social Work: Help the local community.

Gardening: Help to grow and cultivate plants.

Farming: Plant crops and care for animals.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: Be ready to meet people while staying in a shared dorm.

Lunch: Free lunch is served y'all, get yours!

Dinner: Have your free dinner before going to bed.

Free Laundry: There's a special place where all the clothes get cleaned for free.

Program Details

It’d be more than happy to have any friends who study/ work/ have any experience in agricultural field related area. We’re also looking forward to have friends, who can bring us new experience. But if you’re just simply seeking for this lifestyle or a place to heal, this is the place for you!


Activities & Shift

-Basic gardening works: hoe up the ground, sow seeds, plant crops, water the plants, apply mulch, harvest some vegetables, remove insects/weeds, collect manure, feed the chickens,…
-Make frames. Help us to build a small hut or cabin if needed.
-Help us to cook (we’d love to try your traditional dishes), clean and do the dishes.
-We’d love to exchange some organic seeds, which are hard to find here, with seeds available in the garden
