The Experience

There is a lot of work to be done all year round, the care of the vegetable garden, the provision of holidays and seminars, but also wood making mowing; there are also with smaller construction works. The next major construction project is the construction of a hobbit house made of clay and straw. I would be very happy to be your host. All the best, Philippe.

Excellent the experience in this paradise, work is not easy, but what is easy in life. Philippe is a very nice person, I've learned alot about him. I've found this place a wonderful place to stay and I'm very thankful for having the possibility to share with him and all the new people in there.

The eco village is very quiet and relaxing, I was lucky to use the thermal pool, sauna and pizza oven while I was there. We eat very healthy with lots of fresh vegetables from the garden and some eggs from the chickens. Volunteers work 2.5hrs in the morning and again after a lunch break. I have the weekends off but there is not many places to go, just forest walk around or there are bicycles to ride, the nearest train station is maybe 10km away, but Philippe is kind to pick me up and drop me off when I start and finish my volunteering.

The place is very quiet and away from the city, perfect to contemplate beautiful landscapes, walk through the forest and breathe fresh air. The work is varied and entertaining: painting, gardening, cooking, making beds or, also, walking with the dogs!!!. Philippe provides a wide variety of healthy food and promotes conscious eating. He likes to spend time and talk with the volunteers, loves to joke and has a very intense personality. He likes well done work and punctuality. I had a lot of fun in the farm, I am very grateful for this experience.

Philippe is the best host you'll ever have! you'll never stop laughing and having a good time with him.
He respects perfectly your work hours and the tasks are easy to perform, besides he'll be always with you explaining you everything and working besides you.
The accommodation is amazing and the food is perfectly balanced so if you like eating healthy and bio stuff this is definitely your place!
I recommend this experience a 100%
P.s. Bring your swimsuit (it doesn't if it's winter)
