The hostel is nice and Peniche is a cool small city with beautiful landscapes. There is good surfing spots for all levels and the hostel provided some boards for the volunteers. I had a great time and met a lot of amazing people there! Im definitely coming back one day

I had such an amazing time volunteering at the hostel in Peniche. I stayed for 3 weeks and met the most wonderful people. Everyday tasks were easy, I was working the night shift so it was 3 days on and 3 days off. Very manageable!The other volunteers and I would go surfing everyday and hang out and cook food, such a cool cozy hostel with good vibes all around. Ill definitely be back! Obrigada Theo and everyone who made this experience possible:)

I had a really great time at the hostel! i met wonderful people from all over the world and maked some friends. i was able to improve my english and portugese. i also tryed surfing for the first time in my life, it was a great experience. thanks to the host Theo for being so nice! the entire team is amazing, really friendly and helpful. the work was super relaxedl and i had a lot of free time to explore peniche and try out some stuff. i can really recommend this place to everyone! 🌅

It's a great place to meet people! The shared areas are perfect if you want to socialise or take a break! The management team are very friendly! I'd definitely recommend this place for volunteering ;) and for surfing it's one of the best spots!

My plan at first was to stay there for 2 months, but I ended up with 3 and I would have done more! Their setting with 6/7 volunteers is so great, you can create a group with all of them or also the workers from the hostel, during the summer I made friends that I'll keep forever! I feel so lucky to have done such a long experience in the hostel. The amount of work is ok, not too little and not too much, the location of the hostel is perfect, super close to the ocean. The workers have such a good vibe, you can link with guests and other volunteers: this is the thing that matters the most to me!

Truly Remarkable experience the Hosts are amazing every single one of them are helpful and reactive to your questions. The place is nice and allows you to do many sorts of things like surfing, going to the gym, biking, hiking around the peninsula and so on. I would strongly recommend to come here if you are someone looking for an international experience combined with a fun happy team!☀️🫶🤙

I really enjoyed my time in Peniche. The staff were super friendly and welcomed me in. It was a great place to meet new people and have fun new experiences. I would recommend to anyone.

I had the opportunity to volunteer at the hostel for a month, an it exceeded my expectations. From day one, the team made me feel like home, welcomed, and part of the family. The atmosphere at the hostel is unbeatable, with a perfect balance between work and fun. One of the best part, apart from surfing, was the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, including the volunteers and guests. The hostel itself is a beautiful place well-maintained and with a vibrant atmosphere. I highly recommend to volunteer at the hostel, I made such amazing memories.
