Language teacher to develop our kids skills

The Exchange

We are looking for intermediate or fluent languages speakers to help develop our kids skills. As we know a second, third language is something very value nowadays, specially for young kids from a poor background. We would love to have English teachers but we are also open to different languages as french, spanish, etc.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Child Care: Help look after, educate and instruct children.

Teaching Languages: Teach a language to guests or local communities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate French

Over 18 years old

Accepts solo applications and also couples and pairs

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

The practice will be daily and in diferent times. In the morning kids are out to school, but from midday when they start to come back the volunteer can speak with them to train their mind. We are open for new ways of teaching but we also believe that everyday class, conversation is very important. You can do your style as drawing, movie, read books, playing as long as they are learning a new language.

Activities & Shift

You will be speaking with them in the morning before school, in the afternoon when they come back from school, helping in homework hour and night time. It can sound long hours but it is not, it is just normal daily conversation and night time a class with everyone or separate groups.
