The experience

Do you love social media? Are you into the latest online trends? Then this position is ideal for you!

Our hostel is looking for volunteers to join the marketing team. Our goal is to create content about the hostel experience. We don’t wish to just post about the hostel itself, but also the ‘experience’ of Israel - the events we do as a hostel, outings that we have, or food that we eat! It’s a whole family experience.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 42 One time

Description: As normal procedure, all our guests and volunteers should provide a valid credit card or 150 nis (refundable) deposit for any potential damage or on paid tab.

Requirements

Fluent English

Between 20 and 37 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

If you have experience in social media, and you love working with talented - people this volunteer position is for you!

Your main role will be supporting our Marketing Manager with our social media as doing Stories, taking cool pics and videos, and editing them.

Our volunteer culture is goal-oriented so you will have the freedom to manage your working schedule if you are responsible enough to get things done.

Activities & Shift

As a content creator, our hours are flexible. You will be working around the clock, as opposed to working on a shift-basis. You will be working to create content at all hours of the day to show the daily life and routine of the hostel guests.
We have flexible hours, therefore, for the content creator position.
