Help us out at Milwaukee's first hotel
Come and visit Milwaukee- one of the friendliest Midwest cities near Chicago, IL. Located between Chicago, Madison and Minneapolis-we're located in the heart of the Midwest. We recently opened two months ago and are seeking people who are positive and motivated. Tasks include housekeeping, cleaning, greeting guests and general tasks around the hostel for about four-five hours per day.
What you offer
20 hours of help per week
Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
What you get
2 days off per week
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

You can use our laundry room freely.
Bikes at your disposal:
You can use our bikes any time you want.
We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

What's not included
Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
We expect you to help with housework and cleaning after people have checked out each morning. We expect a good knowledge of english so you can answer questions for guests and communicate with our other staff members. You can expect at least one morning off a week, sometimes two. Most importantly, we expect you to have fun and enjoy the city while you're here! This means you will average about four hours of work per day and the rest of the day is up to you to explore our city!
Activities & Shift
You will arrive at 10a depending on the day and help with the morning/cleaning shift. This means making beds, sweeping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and taking out the trashes. On average this shift should only be a few hours however if it is slow and your hours for the week are being far from met because of this, you may be asked to do additional projects around the hostel such as greeting guests, helping with check in and other tasks around the hostel.
