Description
All Worldpackers must join Backpackers For Peace, a 501-c7 Social Club in order to be eligible to be a Worldpacker at ITH. The initiation fee to join Backpackers For Peace Social Club for a lifetime membership is $20 and you receive 2 t-shirts.

I had a nice time there, Steeve was understanding when I had to leave early, and I actually stayed in their ITH LA and I had a great time, Little down sides I had no pillow in my bed for a couple days until I managed to get one, the laundry can be a bit of a load to walk down to the other building I think just a small size bag of sheets should expected from volunteer. Positive the hostel is cozy and nice to meet people, I recommend this hostel!

Working at ITH was truly a great experience and definitely somewhere I would go in the future. The team was amazing, hours were as stated, and the work was easy which left plenty of time during the day for me to explore the city. Family dinners and breakfast in the morning was one my favorite things about working here as it meant I did not have to spend that much money on food and could instead use that money for activities. I created amazing bonds with my teammates and feel as though they are what had the biggest impact on m experience. San Diego is a great city and this is a great hostel!

I felt at home at ITH, the vibe of the hostel are so nice, the staff and the other volunteers welcomed me very well and Nathan and Steve are so kindsss, the tasks are not complicated and they respect the schedules, the hostel is very central and has everything so you can enjoy San Diego to the maximum. If I come back I would definitely come back here❤️

It was my first experience as a volunteer and I enjoyed it very much, I loved talking to people from all over the world, practicing my English and above all the community I formed with the other volunteers, Nathan and Steve are amazing, it was the best adventure!

My time in San Diego at ITH adventure was an amazing time , I met so many cool people who were always down for adventure , you are in a perfect location to walk or ride the bus/trolley anywhere you want to go , there's always something going on , the work shifts were easy to understand (sometimes you will get one day off a week and others you will get 3 it all depends what shifts they schedule you) Thank you for everything I already want to come back 🫣
