What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Description: All Worldpackers must join Backpackers For Peace, a 501-c7 Social Club in order to be eligible to be a Worldpacker at ITH. The initiation fee to join Backpackers For Peace Social Club for a lifetime membership is $20 and you receive 2 t-shirts.

Program Details

You will join a team of creative marketers to help grow International Travelers House

Through overseeing local experiences, your role is to capture relevant and exciting content with hostel guests to help spread brand awareness to attract more travelers.

Our team meets each week to review data and create inspiring strategies to make powerful impacts within marketing.

The Role is for 25 hours per week.
-12 Hours of Operations (Reception and Housekeeping with 4-6 hour shifts)
-12 Hours of Content Creation (scheduled on your own time)
-1 Hosted Fun Social Activity
-Oversee the activity wall so we have a day time and night time event promoted for each day

The Content Creation each week requires creating 3+ IG Reels, 10+ IG Stories, and 20+ pieces of photo/video content.

Activities & Shift

Operation Shifts vary on a schedule each week
The Operations Team meeting is on Monday afternoon

Marketing Tasks are completed based on your own schedule
The Marketing Team meeting is on Tuesday morning
