Reception - Welcome our guests with a massive smile
You will be the first point for all guests arriving! Help them get set (check in etc.), make them feel at home.
Show them the place, explain the concept behind the hostel and make sure all is working well.
24 hours of help per week
Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Help with booking systems and payments.
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

You are the first person new guests meet. Get them checked in and all set to explore London. Where should they go? Where to eat? What do we do during the week (events), where are the shops? How to get to the Canal?
Activities & Shift
You will get training the first week (three shifts) so you are ready for the second week.
The schedule is flexible is made on a weekly basis. You'll do three shifts (3 days) in reception. The rest of the time you are free to explore London, make new friends, and create great memories.
Most important make guests feel relaxed. You know how scary it can be coming to a big city, leaving your home for the first time.
Make people feel at home, London is a big and fast city. The hostel is about having a home base to spend your energy exploring not dealing with administration of accommodation etc.
