The Experience

We are looking for a talent person to do some paintings or graffiti around our hostel and help us to give it a brand identity. We are a Brazilian hostel in Malta, expired by the music and food of South America, and that is the reason of our name Salsa & Samba. Come to stay a few weeks to enjoy our beautiful island at the same time you can leave your creativity and your name at the walls of our hostel!

Fernanda & Marcelo are really great hosts!! The tasks are easy-going and exactly like accorded. They're super flexible if you need to change a shift. The hostel and the facilities are super nice, is close to the bus stop, to the supermarket, etc. We really enjoyed being there during our stay at Malta.
Muito obrigado gente, voltaremos pra um churrasco!!

Fernanda was a wonderful host and such a warm, friendly person. I loved my experience at Salsa & Samba and would definitely recommend the hostel to anyone looking to stay in Malta for any length of time. She was very accommodating with my schedule and very quick to respond to any of my questions. Thank you for such a great opportunity!

Fernanda, Marcelo, their sweet daughter Tabatha, and all the volunteers are incredibly welcomig. I felt like in home right from the beginning and tbey trusted me to paint the 1st mural of the hostel. Lovely vibes and come one! Malta is beautiful too! Definitely would come back any time and would recommend this lovely place to everyone 😍

Samba and salsa hostel is a very comfortable hostel, it has all the best facilities a hostel can have. is in a very central location as well. my workmates were awesome and Fernanda the owner is a very nice person, and is willing to communicate with people about everything. they gave me 3 days off for a week of work which was good. The only thing is that I have applied for Arts work and they put me in cleaning and I didn't learn anything new, which was a miscommunication. it's 5 hours of work per day, sometimes on the weekend, and you don't get food as they mention in their profile.

The staff and other volunteers were amazing, the hostel is very good and Malta is a very nice place to visit. Thank you Joice and Fernanda, my stay was great!
