Program Details

It will require maximum 3 hours per day, as the remaining time the actual "job" is basically to sleep in the house and ONLY in case of an emergency situation to call someone responsible to help. The shared room is actually very comfortable and the breakfast very complete with quality products. We understand this offer can be restrictive for those who like nightlife, but if you prefer to enjoy your time during the day, it can be a good deal as you will have the entire day for yourself.

Activities & Shift

Night Shift Duties:

- talk with guests and assist them while they are awake;
- be aware of problems appearing during the night, and fix or communicate them to the person in right;
- occasionally do late check-ins or early check-outs;
- set tables and buffet area for breakfast.

Note:
We do not expect the volunteer to be awake all night. We all have passed through night shifts and these are usually calm and easy, allowing us to sleep.

Rules

During the first week, the applicant will be trained and tested. If we see that the volunteer is not completing his/her task or behaving as expected, a notice to leave the guesthouse will be given with 72 hours in advance.
If the volunteer wants to leave before the arranged time, a 72hours notice is required too.
