The Exchange

For what concerns shifts, it's really simple, it would be 26 hours/week with 3 free days (one free is during the week end the others during week). Shifts are really basic, we have 19 beds, sometimes we have 4-5 beds to change and 1-2 or 3 rooms to clean. Breakfast preparation is also basic, just 20 minutes, to take breakfast stuff from the fridge, prepare some coffee, etc.

Program Details

We have a basic manual, so in every moment you'll know what to do, etc. and people here are very relaxed.
In change of these hours we give a bed (it's in the downstairs, it's a part of the house just for volunteers, not so nice, but private). You would share your room with another volunteer.
We also give the 3 meals, usually we eat together, someone prepares food, some other clean dishes, etc. it's not a community but sometimes it seems.
