Simple living in Belgian home at wintertime


The Exchange

Come over cook and eat together, do some tasks around the house and redecorating a bit the house. Enjoying some quite wintertime, be creative or play some music! There is a taskboard, we look at it at monday, from wich you can choose wich tasks you like... You're especially welcome if you are oriented towards community living, alternative living, deschooling, self-governing, squatting, selfsufficiency, social justice,...


What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.


Requirements

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or pairs)


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

At monday we look at the taskboard. In the morning working together. Every evening cook and eat together.


Rules

Every time we buy food in the store we share the bill between everyone present. Also when you stay more weeks we share the costs of the energy.
No daily drugs or alcohol use.
