The Exchange

We are looking for a dedicated individual to help us to build up and promote our web based sustainable education platform www.ecoasia.fr. Tasks may include: - Help overseeing and developing marketing and social media campaigns - Setting up marketing supports: flyers, photography, videos - Improve existing marketing tools and documents


What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.


What you get

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Permaculture Course: Take part in our Permaculture course for free.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Accepts solo applications and also couples and pairs

Program Details

We are looking for skill-full individuals to help us to build up the green mango farm project.

Farm and permaculture skills are welcomed to help build up the farm and animal systems, as also related skills in carpentry to help improve or extend the existing infrastructures.

Activities can include but are not limited to: farm work, gardening, animal care and feeding, online marketing, cooking, working with tourists, teaching permaculture, carpentry, painting etc...


Activities & Shift


Work load is usually half day (7.30 am-11.30 am) but you are welcome to join into the afternoon farm sessions with the rest of the team or work on more office related activities if you feel like.

In exchange for your work we offer free accommodation and 1 set lunch a day after the morning session with the rest of the team. You can also use some of the produce of the farm (depending availability) for breakfast and diner but its not setted up.
