Looking for enthusiastic people, independent, responsible, intermediate level of Spanish, excellent customer service skills. You will be assisting in running the guesthouse, checking in and out guests, providing tour information, cleaning, making beds etc We are proud of being highly rated on all OTA platforms, especially for friendly staff, cleanliness and positive vibes. 30 hours of help per week

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Program Details

You will get a 3 day on-the-job training before you will start your shifts. You will be taking care of the day-to-day activities in the guesthouse. Most important is that you bring positive energy and enjoy what you are doing. You will be welcoming and interacting with the guests so if you have a good time, they will too.

Activities & Shift

Taking care of the guests. Check-in and check-out, receiving payments, helping them with any activities/tours they would like to do. Make sure the house is clean, help cleaning lady with laundry if necessary. Also make sure that everything works, be proactive in signaling items that need to be repaired or replaced. Keeping our social media accounts up-to-date. Help with decorating, painting, maintenance or any other way you see or would like to improve our guesthouse is welcome. As we would also like you to get the most out of this experience, let us know where you get your energy from.


Due to Covid and a significantly reduction in amount of guests, we do not offer any meals at this time. We do however always proved rice, beans, coffee & tea. You will have access to fast wifi connection, TV and a private room.

As you will live in the guesthouse yourself, use the kitchen and the common areas, we expect you to treat it as your home and give a good example to the guests by keeping it tidy and clean.
