Live-In receptionist

The Exchange

We are looking for a live-in volunteers to come help us out doing the low-season. All you have to do is know how to communicate well in English, have a pleasant personality and be willing to work. Work is mostly welcoming and helping guests, but also standard cleaning tasks, like mopping bathrooms and wiping down surfaces. The hostel is always full of nice people who like to get together and chill out. We are not a party hostel :)

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Fluent English

Over 25 years old

Accepts solo applications and also couples and pairs

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Activities & Shift

Shifts vary weekly depending on check ins, but mostly the shifts are 6pm to midnight.
