The Exchange

Hi, We need some volunteers to do Night Reception in our small hostel. Mostly we need some cleaning done, to check in some guests that arrive late at night and to check-out guests that leave early in the morning. You will have a lot of free time after taking care 1-2 hours worth of tasks.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

4 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Intermediate English

Over 18 years old

European Union Passport

Accepts solo applications and also couples and pairs

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Our hostel is preety small and located in the centre of Lisbon. Being in the centre and near the night life some issues might come up at night so we would like to have some that are readily available.

Besides that you are free to use our kitchen, living room and we will give you a free bed at the hostel.
