What should I can say ? I had absolutely unforgettable best experience here at Wot the hostel during my stayed.the hosts Refael and Quentin aslo rest of the hostel staff were really kind and welcoming at very first time met them. they're always be trying to able to help mamenge the shift and daily work tasks,the work is easy manageable and fair to exchange work for stay. In addition this is a idea place for meet cool travels from all different countries, we were hang out most of the time to explore neighborhood in the hostel when we taken the day off whith is fabulous moment ever!

I truly had the best time at this hostel! It was my first volunteering experience and I'm very happy I ended up at WOT the hostel. The work is easy and the hours are respected. I found it very fair and definitely worth it. It's a very social place where you meet a bunch of new fun people everyday from all over the world. Rafael (the manager) is also very nice and welcoming. I really recommend to volunteer at this place! Thank you for a great experience!

Had a great time, would highly recommend! The staff and other volunteers were super welcoming and friendly. The hours worked were fair and respected, they were flexible and accommodating. The hosts Rafael and Quentin were very welcoming, our tasks were set out at the beginning and they were very supportive when we needed any guidance about workload or just any general support. The workload was not too difficult with it involving; making beds for guests, helping prepare breakfast and the bar shift/meet and greet guests. I think preparing the breakfast was my favourite, always welcoming the guests and serving up the food in the morning. The host cooked us food on one of the days which was a bbq and it was really lovely to see everyone come together. Enjoyed every moment here 😊

This was a great first volunteer experience for me. Rafael and the management team are lovely and attentive. The other volunteers were awesome and put effort in to get to know each other and was great to see that we'd all help each other out or find things to do when we weren't working. The hostel is large and that naturally allowed for fostering many new friendships and fun days/nights out. The facilities are good and cleaned every day. Note - the 6 bed dorm is quite small but manageable. Unfortunately, the other reception staff can come across as unfriendly. Overall though highly recommend!

I can define my experience at the hostel as unforgettable! I met so many beautiful people and shared stories! The main tasks were doing beds and help at the bar and after that I had so much free time to enjoy the beautiful city of the hostel. As a volunteer I also had the opportunity to travel around Portugal and sleep for free in the other WOT hostels and this was absolutely amazing!!! The stuff is so helpful and Rafael, the manager, has always a solution to satisfy your requests as much as possible. Love you guys!!! 💖

It was the best experience of my life! my first volunteer and made me grow up, get to know my selfie and have responsibilities that I never had! I matured, learned other languages and meet people from all over the world. the people who work there are amazing and have become my family. I am very grateful to rafa, supervisor, who always listens to us and understands our situations and try collaborate with us whenever possible and this made the work so much better. I thank all the receptionists for everything! everyone there has become my family. the space is amazing and super inclusive, I loved

In my case I had to finish the volunteer program before I finished it due to a family situation, but I have to say that the time I spent there and the people I got to know where amazing. All the staff, specially Rafael, where incredibily kind and helpful. Apart from that the hostel is very well located and the enviorement there is very nice.

The hostel is located in a great area for those looking to have fun and enjoy the nightlife of the hostel, everything is very close and easy to access. The common area of the Hostel is amazing and the Pubcrawl that the volunteers can go helps a lot to make friends with the guests and the other volunteers. It was an incredible experience!

My experience was very good, i was able to make many friends and meet wonderful people as well as the other volunteers and the staff team, as for the work and schedules were quite, calm and fast, once ready you could have the rest of the day for any other activity…i consider this place ideal for those who wants to enjoy the city, make new friends every day and just want to have fun. Thank you so much to the WOT team for giving me the opportunity to be part of you, i will miss you so much … until the next time :)!!!
