I really had a great experience in WOT hostel ! The working hours are respected and the staff is always there to help you. The best point about this experience was the people I had to meet there and it's really good to know people from all over the world. the hostel is a really good city to live in and the hostel is very well located : a quiet neighbourhoud but at 5 min walk from all the bars. The only point I would improve is the volunteer room, which is a bit small for 6 people.

Best part of the hostel was the people, for sure! Guests, staff and the volunteers were awesome people, and for sure made friends for life! Ana, the manager, was thoughtful, kind and helpful in any time I need. The tasks were housekeeping and bartending, super easy. The working hours was fair. The breakfast was amazing and also the structure of the hostel had a nice area for interacting. I sure recommend to all travelers!

This was my first experience and it was very great ! People are so nice there ! Task are not so awful and I had a lot of time to discover the hostel. Totally recommend this 😉

As my first experience as a volunteer it was a great time. The location is great, the Staff is really nice, especially Bea, Ana & Miguel. The volunteer room could use some improvements but was good enough. The work we had to do was also really nice and not to stressful. All in all a great experience with really nice people 😊👍

The hostel is a funny labyrinth, with games and a big ball pool. My experience made me grow up a lot, these haven't been my easiest weeks, I had to be in covid-related isolation two times and the hostel staff were always attemptive with what we needed. Being in a so transcurred hostel sometimes is a challenging experience, but you meet a lot of new people from everywhere and learn about their adventures and travels. You can drink really cheap in the bar and have chill times listening music or watching netflix when you are tired of visiting beautiful places in Lisboa.

The staff and team are great. The working hours are quite reasonable - better than other hostels I've worked at. The dorm accommodation could be improved, but Beatriz does her best to make sure the volunteers have what they need. I met some great people from a bunch of different countries and had some great experiences exploring the hostel and the surrounding area.

Best hostel in the hostel by far! I had a really good time, the volunteers and staff were super nice and friendly. From the first moment, Beatriz was super helpful and super nice, answering all my questions and being patient with me, as I had a lot of doubts. I have to say that it is thanks to her that I chose to come to this hostel, and I cannot believe how happy I am to have taken this choice. I was in charge of making the beds in the morning, and it was a easy task. Beatriz and the volunteers were always ready to give me a hand and made sure my stay here was PERFECT :) Muito Obrigado!!

Sinceramente foi uma das melhores e mais impactantes experiências da minha vida, como primeiro voluntariado não poderia ter sido melhor. Além dos staffs o time de voluntários se conectou de uma maneira surreal. O único ponto negativo é a falta de uma lavanderia, mas também é compreensível.

Foi incrível, não foi minha primeira vez como voluntário no WOT, e eu voltaria novamente sempre. Simplesmente incrível, o hostel fica na localização perfeita para pontos turísticos e muita festa, o Rafa que é o supervisor é simplesmente incrível, sempre atencioso e a disposição pra ajudar em qualquer coisa, indico muito esse voluntariado. Obrigado por tudo WOT

Uma das melhores experiencias como voluntario que jative. Muito obg a Ana, Felipe, Jhonny e todos os outros funcionarios que foram super gentis e amigaveis, ajudando com tudo que voce precisasse. O hostel estabemlocalizado, proximo de edificios governamentais e dasfestas. As redondezas sao seguras e as horas trabalhadas sao respeitadas. Mt obg a todos pela experiencia incrivel! Penso em voltar embreve para matar a saudades que ja esta grande <3
