The Experience

We need daily help in renovating an old farm that we would like to change into a nature friendly permacultural guest farm. We're just at the beginning of this big project and we spend our days either inside breaking down and then rebuilding or outside planting trees and bushes. A lot of hard work in a beautiful landscape! You'll work in teams with us and will be totally guided in the work to do. Meals are cooked with local and organic products.

This was my first worldpackers experience and I'm really grateful that it was with Paul, Adelaide and their four children. They are such an amazing family, they will tell you everything you need to know about french culture and history, Adelaide will cook really healthy and tasty food for you, and the kids will always make you laugh. Work never feels too hard in a place as relaxing as this. I'm gonna miss them and I'll definitely find an excuse to come back.

Once again thank you very much for everything, I felt like a family, I managed to do things that I didn't know I could do, I connected with the family. It was what happened to me after confinement, greetings!

There isn't alot to say that has not already been said by the peers before me. I ended up staying longer because of Covid 19. And apart of me feel grateful that I got the opportunity to stay and learn and experience a lot more. Paul and Adelaide are amazing people, with great vision and life direction you don’t see in a lot in people. They are great teachers and mentor, you learn a lot just by being with them. Their children are 4 amazing siblings that create a certain dynamic that you have to be there to believe it. The work, accommodation and the food is all top notch. I miss them already😭

I had a good experience with Paul, Adelaide and their children. They are flexible, very polite and funny, Adelaide is an experienced cook, she makes delicious foods. I got to know French culture a little more and improved my French. I really recommend them.
