The Experience

We'd love to have a responsible and organized person, who wants to learn / be in charge of all the processes that revolve around a guest house (experience with managing is a “plus” but not a “must-have”). Someone that’s able to look at the big picture, not only understand but also improve our processes so they can become more efficient.

Really enjoyed the time I was at Hormiguero. Fernando is really sweet and is always around if you need to ask something. There's a lot of work, but the hours & tasks are well distributed. The place is really dynamic, cozy and full of life. (:

La peor experiencia que he tenido en esta plataforma, no me fue posible realizar el voluntariado ya que el anfitrión tuvo una actitud horrible, sentí que no quería que estuviera ahí todo el tiempo se comportó súper grosero e incluso me dijo que si quería me fuera porque no era lo que esperaba, horribleeeee, no permitan que les pase esto

Bueno Kamila: no llegó el día que acordamos que llegaría, se comunicó hasta un día después solicitando que la recibiera, le dije que si y llego 3 horas después de lo acordado y cuando llego, llego con un amigo o novio, sin siquiera haberlo comentado, además de que su actitud insolente e inmadura, esto aunado a su clara informalidad. Que es lo que esperaba?
